Line 41: http_handler = logging.handlers.HTTPHandler(host='127.0.0.1127.0.0.1:8080 url='/',
method='GET')

should remove the first instance of the loopback address to allow for user to enter it

Even after manually fixing the issue in the expected file, when checking the task, "Please reload Task" is displayed not allowing the user to advance.

also I believe the proper syntax would be:
http_handler = logging.handlers.HTTPHandler(host='127.0.0.1127.0.0.1:8080', url='/', method='GET')
