Build an EPSG:3413 or Bamber dataset

These scripts build a CF-compliant 1 km (or greater) input dataset for CISM, in either the Bamber (historic) or EPSG:3413 projection (current).

Build using the priority interpolation method.

Builds a greenland dataset in the Bamber projection, using a priority interpolation method where the IceBridge data is prioritiezed over the Bamber data for the variables topg and topgerr.

Update datasets with the mass conserving bed data

This updates the datasets to use the mass conserving bed data. All other data remains the same and as in the same projection.
