Compare

After running the pipeline, you may want to see how this pipeline is doing on the dataset compared with reference standard (ground truth).

To start the comparison, first you need to set up the target annotator's name and the reference annotator's name. And then click the compare button. After the comparison is finished. Pop-up window to display the performance scores. And then, you can click the view compared results button to review the difference.
