Shows separate conversations for regular number and number with country code

If you have saved the regular number of your contact, the interface will also show a conversation for the country code number.

If I have saved 45263497 as "Mom", it also shows a conversation for +47 45263497, titled 4745263497 (without the +).
I guess this only happens outside of the US, but it's a very annoying issue for other users.
