Is click for code actions broken for anyone else?

Running:

GNU Emacs 29.3 (build 1, aarch64-apple-darwin23.4.0, NS appkit-2487.50 Version 14.4.1 (Build 23E224))
Eglot Version: 1.17

I'm not sure how to debug this but I'm seeing the flymake-error face where I think I should be seeing the eglot-error face perhaps?

Mouse click does nothing over the error whereas previously I would get the helpful eglot code actions menu

I'm running a minimal configuration, nothing special I can see interfering with eglot / flymake https://github.com/gamb/dotfiles/blob/main/emacs/.emacs

Ok my own stupid fault, I didn't realise I was clicking with mouse-1 whereas actions are bound to mouse-2
