Performance issues in 0.9.0 #71

Hello 👋

After updating TCACoordinators to 0.9.0 and applying all the necessary migration steps, I've encountered performance issues.

It seems like SwiftUI is rerendering views that didn't change.

Could this be related to #69? The issue only mentions v10.0.1.

Is there anything I can check in my code to tackle down the issue?
