Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As far as I can understand, .finicky.js has to be located in ~, which is a folder I would like to keep as empty as possible, and particularly free of as many customised settings files, which I like to keep in a git repository for safe keeping, as possible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow .finicky.js to also be located as .config/finicky.js or .config/finicky/finicky.js

As a second person who would like to see this, specifically implementing the XDG Base Directory Specification would be ideal.

Having a .config/finicky would be useful, e.g. to extract common logic in files, e.g. a slack opener slack-support.js, where only config parts gets in finicky.js.
