Hello,

I'd like a skills box added to the profiles of the volunteers. Ideally it would be parseable so that we can provide useful data to the teams. It would allow teams to invite experts onto their teams to fulfil specific roles. For example I consider myself to be good at email marketing. If I could list that as a skill, along with my experience, and the number of years I've been doing it, someone may find that useful. Ideally if it was a repeatable field so I could fill in my experience for each skill I have then great. Preferably an Ajax based thing so people aren't writing "photoshop" "photoshop CS5" "photo editing with Photoshop" so then we can have everyone who can use Photoshop under one roof.

Secondly an interests checkbox. The interests should be the Joomla! teams. If someone has an interest in joining a team, but is too shy or simply doesn't know the route, we could invite them to join.

@uglyeoin thanks for the suggestion! This is definitely an area that will be explored as next step, to improve the "match making" between the volunteers & the teams.
