unused lecical arguments

Hi, I know that the following are warnings but could you please resolve them because if every developer of every package leaves warnings then at byte compile time emacs starts vomiting on us with these warning and they accumulate very fast over time.

Thank you for the comment. I marked a few of them as unused, but as long as pyvenv supports older Emacsen, e.g. python-shell-virtualenv-path is necessary to be set. Sorry.
