Add silence command

Sometimes the messages start to appear several times because of slight changes or updated information which is maybe not interesting. A silence command with

• silence for 1 hour by default
• silence <integer><m, h, d> to set a time range from now

Thats a nice-to-have feature of course.

Btw in case you use Conversations - It can do that already via
3 dot menu - More options - Disable notifications

Other clients might have a similar feature maybe
