  1. JSONP - Global events are never fired for cross-domain script or JSONP requests.

  2. To be standalone library and add unit tests

  3. Test loading timeout of HTML element, or other cases; or just increase timeout num.

  4. User is hard to specify finishEls. Change to finish strategy to all AJAX has been done.
