Describe the solution you'd like
As a user, it should be as easy as possible to get an environment up and running so that I can build with architectures or contribute to the cause! Creating a docker image and documentation around how to use it would allow for this process to be much simpler.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just providing the steps to set up an environment manually. It is more work, but might be worth while in the interim.
