Provide TRANSLOCO_PREFIX injection token

To fully encapsulate libraries from the main application and avoid repetitively adding prefix of the scope within the library, it would be beneficial to have an injection token something like TRANSLOCO_PREFIX, which could be injected once at the library level along with the scope. Alternatively, adding a property alongside scope and alias, such as encapsulate or prefix, could achieve similar functionality.

Example of usage:
Consider an application similar to the one provided in this documentation example. However, in our scenario, we have multiple libraries developed by different teams that are ultimately integrated into a single application. In this context, we would like to:

• Ensure that each library is fully encapsulated, keeping translations isolated to avoid conflicts, but listen to language changes and other common events.
• Allow teams to manage their translations independently, with minimal impact on the main application.
• Avoid adding lib prefix within the app
