Teachers regularly wonder what the actual maximum delay is that students might experience. As it depends on the number of enrolled students and global settings, this questions is difficult to answer in an FAQ.

I suggest that the plugin somehow displays what the maximum delay currently would be, e.g. with a text

"As NNN students are currently enrolled, the maximum delay is TTT minutes"

This text could either go below the checkbox enabling the feature, or into the help text. It could be even more elaborate to point out the limiting factor, e.g.

"The maximum delay is 10 minutes (site-wide maximum)."
"The maximum delay is 9 minutes (10% of test duration)."

Thank you for your suggestion Ioewis,
do you mean that the current information shown to the teachers is not descriptive enough for your teachers? (See figure below.)
To be honest, I had that very same dilemma while developing the plugin and I wasn't very confident about if too much technical details will improve or not the confidence of teachers and students on the system.

I'll mark this issue as an "enhancement request" and of course I'll welcome any "pull request" that implement it.
