Currently when a user forks a repo on github and adds it to julython the points for the project is inflated to the score of the upstream project. So the project is filtered in the 'small' list of project with a high number of points.
Two options possibly do both too :)
set the number of stars to the upstream project of a forked repo
reset the project to be the upstream project if one exists in Julython.
