Okay, could we use cron here do achieve that?
Maybe you have better idea how to do it?

I think maybe we want to use some sort of mail service. Rather then email directly from the box. Just because people will want to unsubscribe and will not be happy :) Plus we'll probably just get marked as spam, or worse get our IP blacklisted.
