lineage creation aborts when segmented images not found

When lineage creation looks for a channel stack that is not there, i.e., from an FOV that hasn't been segmented but is still in the specs folder, it just errors out. This means that all the lineage data that has been made for the previous FOVs is lost. Should just skip and go forward so it can still be saved.
