Modify compile to accept one tiff per imaging channel #42

We want to shift the default input format to be one tiff per fov/time/channel rather than fov/time only.

Need to decide:

whether channels are indexed from 0 or 1
do we accept inputs with no channel label (i.e. xy0001_t001.tif)?
