Link to /generate log file from chat panel #500

Problem

When a /generate command produces an error, the error is logged to a file (#431, which fixed #422) but I have to leave the chat panel to go to the file browser, and possibly change to a different directory, to open the file.

Proposed Solution

Make the log filename a link, so that I can open it directly from the chat UI.
