Hello! Recently I am getting the error stated in the title, when I try to load data I have already saved via Ncorr and then I have to re-run the analysis to get to the contour plots. Does anyone have the same problem and could suggest a solution?

Hi @anastasiavr, I received the same error when i tried to process 1000 images at once. I got around the issue by doing batch processing of 100 images a batch. Of course, the batch size will depend on the file size of your images and the RAM of your PC.
