User Acceptance Criteria

• Add tests for validation-checks/runtime-parameter-literal.ts (runtime-parameter-literal tests #443)
• Add tests for parsing-util.ts (parsing-util tests #453)

Definitions of Done

• A PR has been opened and accepted
• All user acceptance criteria are met
• All tests are passing
