Describe the bug

Designs occasionally produce this bug:

dasi.exceptions.DasiSequenceDesignException: Sequence is cyclic but there are no precessors for AssemblyNode(index=0, expandable=True, type='A', overhang=False)

Unclear how to reproduce.
