Save Blob File to Server (as wav)

Perhaps its from my lack of skill. as I am really only a jr dv.

But I can get it to record, cash, and make a button to dl. but i cant seem to take that and use send it out as a byte array or something asp.net net would understand, so i can save it on the server.

Any thoughts?
