Add open on startup and automation

Open on startup option. Automatic applying of mappings/updating the mappings in case of the router resetting, refreshes and reapplies the mappings every [however often the user wants]

Hi @WhiteX0il,
PortMapper does not allow checking regularly if mappings are reset in the router. However you can setup a cron job or a simple bat script that regularly updates the mapping, no matter if it expired.
