Switch UMAP to use float. (Use single-precision floats for UMAP, for speed. #92)
~~Add option to all NN consumers to take the head of NNs for each cell.~~
Add option to the NN serialization to take the head of the NNs. (Added utility to truncate the neighbor search results. #93)

The latter two allow us to do one round of NN detection for all methods and then truncate the NN results to those that are needed by each method.
