Hi there! Thank you very much for the very kind words. Let's have look at your points:
Yes. Could you open a feature request for that? So we do not forget about it 😄. This is already somewhat possible by pressing Ctrl+Shift++. However, once scaled, the menu does not open at the pointer anymore. Use Ctrl+0 to reset the scale.
Yes. There will be custom themes, maybe already in the next version.
See #419 😉
Maybe? The clock functionality of Gnome-Pie was pretty cool. Maybe we could add this to Kando as well. If so, it would be part of a theme, I guess. I doubt that this can be done with pure CSS, but maybe themes will require more than CSS anyways... |

Hi Simon,
I have been following the progress of kando, and am loving it. You truly are creating something great!
I currently use fly-pie as the front-end for my work pc which is linux obviously, and it is used with mouse/keyboard and game controller. It works beautifully for me, and the cross-platform nature of kando will mean it will be the frontend for all of my systems. I only use windows for gaming (I hate windows with a passion, but it is a necessary evil unfortunately)
For it to be the frontend for all of my systems, I will happily make a monthly donation as would be appropriate for such an important piece of software.
I have some suggestions/wants and wonder if you could comment on each as to whether it is planned or not, possible or not, or never will be implemented.
Here is a screenshot of my current fly-pie menu:-
And my ideal would be the following:-
I am a photographer and I want my home screen to be an image only, as simple as possible.
So, questions are:-
As I said, I love your work. I hope you can continue with this as a passion project, and I am sure you will be suitably remunerated, both financially and personally.
Keep up the great work.
DrGeor
