Importing a backup into another environment

Please advise me, is it possible to migrate, for example, a MongoDB backup from one cluster to another?
A profile for Azure Storage Account was configured for both clasters.
I tried to replace the backup file in the storage, but an error occurred, most likely due to incompatibility.
Perhaps you can recommend something?
