dropbox_save with rdrop2? #190

Hi,
I am looking for a way to save data from R to DropBox, without having to save them locally first. This is important, since I would like to use this within a shiny app, where the user adds data to a table and then the table has to be uploaded.
Is there an alternative to the "dropbox_save" function from rdrop package?

It's unlikely because you need a file to submit to the API. The dropbox API does not work with streaming data IIRC.
