Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Preferences (Odyssey)
  2. Choose Interface
  3. Remove the tick from Bookmarks
  4. Use
  5. Now open the sidepanel "Bookmarks" and lock up your system

I don´t know if this is a MUI bug or Odyssey (i fortunately have a MUI debug build running, so maybe that will show more in-depth what is going on).

Sadly can't reproduce that one. Can you try beta2 from RAM: to see if on your setup it didn't lock up when there no bookmarks? Then try to add few sites (still from running from RAM, so all clean).

That through very easily can be some mess with favicons and amount of bookmarks.

If you will be not able to reproduce it from RAM:, but will be able to reproduce it all the time with your bookmark list, then we may try your bookmark file on my setup, maybe will be lucky.

Yep, it s my bookmarks file that causes it.

If it really is the webicon.db file that causes the crash you can take a look at the line with "The Meta Picture" which is dead for some months now (still hoping that it comes back one day...)

Maybe it s trying to pull the image from that dead site?

You can try to remove for example bookmark items one by one maybe to find guilty? (but save original CONF dir fully).
