Drag&drop behaviour (same tab or new tab)

Currently dropping manually a file directly into OWB will result in opening that specific file into a new fresh tab only...

While there was maybe a reason for this, in reality this is a very unfriendly behaviour!
The only method to open a file into the selected current tab is by opening that file from the "open" menu only

Suggest: Adding a new option in "Prefs/interface" when user can specify if a dragged file should be opened in a new tab or instead in the current tab opened
