[Enhancement] Add the uninstallation script for KCL.

This issue is to add the uninstallation scripts in the repo. At present, there is no such script available. It needs to be implemented and updated in the documentation.

I created an uninstallation script for linux installation, I am not sure against which repo I should raise my work. Should I raise it against this repo https://github.com/kcl-lang/kcl-lang.github.io under the script/ folder by creating a new file named as uninstall-cli.sh ? @Peefy
