Unzip and run image_viewer.exe. You can also create a shortcut anywhere. After creating the shorcut, add the filepath to Properties>Shortcut>Target to <..\image_viewer.exe> filepath to the shortcut. For example if the shortcut was added to C:\users<username>\desktop, you would add (..\image_viewer.exe C:\users<username>\desktop) to target.
