Can't login to the application from the Windows 11 anymore.

- ERROR API network error: Get "https://api-0.core.keybaseapi.com/_/api/1.0/getsalt.json?email_or_username=<myusername>&pdpka_login=1": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority (code 1601)

On Windows 10: I can login on the app but clicking on Settings says "...hard time loading..." and shows ERROR CODE 1601 - API network error ... x509: certificate signed by unknown authority in method keybase.l.user.loadMySettings

To others on this thread ... I followed the discussion on #128. Uninstalling the Keybase app and recloning my repo fixed the issue for me.

I think I just reinstalled the Keybase app, not sure I did much more, unfortunately I forgot to post this information.
