I am unable to access or use Key base (which was accessible before).
I have tried the below solution and got the below after selecting NEW windows device, hence reporting the issue here.
Right-click on the Keybase shortcut.
Go to Properties > Compatibility.
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select a previous version of Windows.
