Documentation: "Creating users within Keycloak is not recommended"

Hi,

This is more of a question, however, Discussions module does not seem to be enabled on this repo.

Could you clarify the "Creating users within Keycloak is not recommended" statement, please? Keycloak as a standalone IdP for multitenanted applications has always been a valid use case, I'm a bit confused what is the background on this.

ps: I get it why creating users in Keycloak WITH TERRAFORM mignt not be the best idea ever (we use it to create initial realm/tenant admins), is this the case behind the statement?
