Add a new optional tab to the Tidy Group Sheet Classic layout called "Bastions".

The tab should include:

A more compact view of every PC-based group member's bastion setup
A dedicated tabular view of all crafting jobs / orders that are underway, in a table or multiple tables, indicating which party member and facility the job is for
Stretch: a sidebar with some useful aggregation data (need community feedback on this one)

Mockup from Hightouch, primarily or the visual overhaul, but posted here for drawing inspiration for the classic layout.
