How to handle focusing specific rows and tab-focusing in VirtualList

The virtual list has some interesting problems: if the list contains focusable widgets, does tab-focusing go through the list? How does the virtual list know that it should try to bring the next/previous widget into view and focus it?

This is partially related to #83 but really has its own set of challenges.
