Install apps with outdated Windows 10 version?

Hi! First of all, thank you so much for this, since it works perfectly!

But a question: would it be possible to modify the store in some way so we can install apps that require newer Windows 10 versions? For example, I was now testing the store from your installation and tried ROBLOX (the first one that came up) and it needs 17763.0 at minimum, so I could install it. But Microsoft Flight Simulator (the second one), needs 18362.0 as minimum.

Isn't there a way for us to be able to install them, even if they come with problems? (That would be our problem haha, not the game's developers.) Or whoever installs LTSC must understand that LTSC is not intended to use with the store and stuff will stop working on it as time goes on?
