Support for Phone number login via Apple sso

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, I'm unable to login with my phone number and password, If I do in my keycloak account is created and linked to apple but since scope doesn't have the phone I'm not able to capture the phone number and the user becomes stale as it has not identity information like email or phone.

Describe the solution you'd like
If I have login using my phone number and password in Apple Sso, I should be able to see the phone number captured as the primary identifier.

This is interesting.
I just consulted the documentation of Sign-in-with-Apple and noticed that the only valid scopes are email and name. There's no scope for phone. This means that Apple doesn't provide a phone number.
