Some descriptions are very generic

E.g., Check # 123 could be for any checking account and conflicting rules can be created.

Ideas

Should the rule logic be changed such that a rule that is for a specific date is 'locked'
Should there be a lock button and then a warning/notice if you attempt to overwrite and notice that it cannot be overwritten.
Similar to Style txTbl table body #2, should criteria that contain a date and a specific account be 'locked'
