AdMob targeting and COPPA/GDPR compliance

I think this plugin would be really viable if it included targeting options. This is for both relevant ad creation (using a content page, perhaps), and for compliance with COPPA and GDPR on apps that serve people under the age of 18. This will prevent lawsuits and keep the app safe. Perhaps by the time native views becomes stable this could be implemented?
