How to run this setup

Hi kohuala,

I have installed tensorflow 1.10, opencv3, python 3.5.2 on windows 10 system. I am getting some errors when running your system. could you please guide me that how to run your developed chines character recognition system properly.

Is there any chines character dataset required for this system? I am getting this error when running load.py file.
