Non-monospace font is being used in monospace fonts

고정폭이 아닌 글꼴이 고정폭 폰트로 지정되어 있음

https://github.com/kokonect-link/cherrypick/blob/4.13.0-beta.1/packages/frontend/src/style.scss#L15-L16 에서 지정되어 있는 바와 같이, 고정폭 글꼴이 아닌 Pretendard JP 가 사용되어 고정폭 글꼴 사용이 필요한 곳의 자간이 이상해지는 문제가 발생

🥰 Expected Behavior

monospace가 사용되는 MFM code block, Scratchpad 등에서 CJK 문자와 같이 Pretendard JP으로 fallback되는 문자를 사용했을 때, 모든 문자가 일정한 간격에 맞추어 표시됨

🤬 Actual Behavior

Pretendard JP으로 fallback되는 문자가 혼합된 줄에서, 문자가 고정폭을 벗어나는 문제가 발생

4.12.1 및 4.13.0-beta.1 기준으로, #520 에서 모든 monospace 글꼴을 치환하지 않음에 따라, 해당 PR에서 언급한 문제가 해결되지 않아 보이는 현상이 복합적으로 나타날 수 있습니다.
