how to add libx264 on the package?

Honestly, I don’t remember. But I guess I’d have to compile it and then make sure FFmpeg’s configure detects it… @onlycheez do you use this image? If not, perhaps stating it’s no longer maintained in README and disabling issues, might be nice idea to lower people’s expectations.
