cannot connect acaia scales

Hi,

Trying to connect my acaia scales to my gaggiuino.

Having issues of the scales constantly joining and disconnecting as you can see in attached files.

Any reason for this issue?

scales can connect to any app on phone, this happens across multiple people with multiple diff acaia scales all serial AL008's
removed other bluetooth devices from range etc.

Just to add to this, when the device is looking for the scale it detects the following scale, [ACAIAL-C1F5663] this is different to the device names listed, is this likely to be an issue?
