I've noticed that the Artifact class listing shows up in the Driver documentation, but I'm wondering if it should show up there.

It seems that Drivers are using Artifact to represent a structured metadata help in storage for user query access, and Plugins are using the StructuredMetadata object to do the same thing.

We should discuss how to move this around so that we aren't duplicating work.
