Hi, we're on 0.6 currrently, and we have some custom code on top of sqlx, so we'd need to upgrade (rewrite) our code to upgrade to 0.7.
Question is, we want no_tx migrations - will they land in 0.7.5 or 0.8.0? In case of latter we might want to upgrade straight to 0.8 instead, skipping 0.7 altogether. Otherwise we could start upgrading to 0.7 now and get no_tx migrations "for free" when they land.
