Laya.List.selectHandler执行时机有BUG

selectHandler执行时机在selectedIndex的set里，结果如果selectedIndex没有发生变化，（对应点击同一个cell）就不会走set，也就不会走selectHandler

			this._selectedIndex=value;
			this.changeSelectStatus();

			this.selectHandler && this.selectHandler.runWith(value);
