A user recently tried to sync their channel, and the "I want to sync my content to the LBRY network and agree to these terms. I have also read and understand how the program works." checkbox does not get picked up by screen readers.

This will be fixed by using version 3 of https://github.com/lbryio/components (which requires a little bit of work to upgrade)
