Currently, a comment is left on the issue whenever it is closed.
Is it possible to disable this as an option?

Hello,

currently, there is no way to skip the comment when an issue is already closed because I don't check the state of the issue before closing it.
I do that to reduce the number of calls to the GitHub API and avoid rate limits.

This will require an extra call to the GitHub API.

Before implementing something, I will wait to see if other people are interested in this topic.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the issue state check before closing.
I understand your concern about reducing the number of calls to the GitHub API to avoid rate limits.

I also want to mention that I am very happy with the workflow you created!
Thank you so much for your continuous efforts.

Have a nice day
